Q: Do you repair / fix TV's?
A: No, unfortunately we don't. But we can come out and look at the TV to determine if a repair is needed. Sometimes, a TV issue could be as simple as a faulty power cord, incorrect display input, or just needs a factory reset.
Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Yes! We are happy to come to your home or business to discuss your new system or a current system you would like to have upgraded. And with our estimates, you can be assured that there are no hidden fees or surprises.
Q: What type of warranty do you offer?
A: Sound Solutions offers a 2-year warranty on installation of ALL products. Products themselves are covered under a 90-day to 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty (depending on the manufacturer).
Q: After the installation, can we call you if we have any questions on how to operate our new system?
A: Absolutely! We will be happy to help answer any questions and walk you through the system again over the phone. We can even be reached most evenings and weekends.
Q: Are your prices competitive with the Big Box Stores?
A: Yes -- we are constantly shopping prices online just like our clients, to assure that we are providing them with the best custom installation pricing possible.
Q: I didn't know you sold TVs! What else do you sell?
A: We sell everything you can think of related to Audio & Video custom integration: TVs, Surround Sound Receivers, Speakers, BluRay DVDs, Home Automation, Theater Chairs, Sound Panels, Fiber Optic Starfield Lighting, Centralized Lighting Controls, Shades & Blinds, Sound Masking and SO MUCH MORE!
Q: Do you have a showroom we can come and visit?
A: In order to keep our prices low, we don't have a standard showroom—our showrooms are the hundreds of homes of our past customers. Please take a look at our Gallery for pictures of our work—and our past clients have all offered to "Show Off" their system.
Q: Do you offer Sound Masking?
A: YES! We are a direct dealer of Cambridge Sound Masking Systems.
